Hi everybody,
we are very proud to announce that as of this year we have 4 brand new rooms for rent. Room ROČ for 3 or 4, room VIŠNJAN for 2 or 3, room MOMJAN for 2 or 3 and room KOTLI for 2 people. All are fully furnished and equipped, each room with private bathroom. Of course, we must not forget our 3 rooms and suites available and would be happy to host you in our GROŽNJAN room for 2, HUM room for 2 or 3 and MOTOVUN room for 2 or 3 persons. As well in DRAGUĆ apartment for 3 or 4 people.
All the rooms and the apartment in the flat have a common topic –Istrian treasures – meaning that every room is a representative of a different small Istrian town which often remains unknown to tourists.
All rooms where completely rebuilt from scratch in summer 2015 and 2019. Everything in the room is completely new and unused. All rooms have a private bathrooms, equipped with all necessary and more :).
The rooms are located in the city centre where everything is just a few steps away. Since the city centre of Pula is quite small you won´t need any transportation to see most of the tourist attractions.
The bus to go to the beach is just few minutes away by walking, and if you want to drive there is not more than 5-7 minutes.
There is free local parking available in the whole street, but during summer months it´s difficult to find a place because of the number of tourists in the city.

MOTOVUN room
GROZNJAN room
This room is about Grožnjan, a small Istrian town approx. an hour drive towards Slovenian border. It is a beautiful, picturesque town with old stone houses, placed on the top of a hill, giving a breathtaking view.
HUM room
This room is about Hum, the smallest town in the world with only about 30 inhabitants, an hour drive from Pula. Is close to Buzet and it’s breathtaking, as you will see on the pictures in the room
DRAGUC apartement
The apartment is about Draguć, a small Istrian town placed in the heart of Istria, between Pazin and Buzet. It is a beautiful, picturesque small town with old stone houses, placed on the top of a hill, giving a breathtaking view. It is special as well because it was used as a location for many famous movies, and that’s why it’s often called Istrian Hollywood

Sehr nette, geschmackvoll ausgestattete Unterkunft direkt in der Altstadt von Pula – aber sehr ruhig !, nahe der Markthalle + den Marktständen, also sehr zentral und alles sehr gut zu erreichen! In der Unterkunft war noch alles neu + sehr sauber, was noch gefehlt hat wurde sofort besorgt! Adriana und Ihre Familie sind super nett, die Komminikation mit Ihnen hat sehr gut funktioniert! Betreut wurden wir von Adrianas Vater Boris, der sich super um uns und alles gekümmert hat ( von Wegbeschreibung vom Flughafen, Parktipps und Restaurantempfehlungen ) Wir kommen sehr gene wieder!
Very wonderful hosts! Loved every minute of Pula! Ines helped us find maps and things to do! The room was pristine and modern. Great location relative to beaches and city center. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Pula!
From the beginning I was made to feel very welcome. Ines greeted me at the door and introduced me to her father who works in the same building, but discreetly distanced from the apartment. The flat was very clean, bright and airy. There is access to a kitchen outside the flat itself, but I did not need to use it. Ines, who has excellent English, was well able to answer questions I had about the city, how to get around, where to eat, etc. And a number of tourism brochures are available in the apartment. She was always at the end of a phone if I had any queries. The flat is well located, just a short walk from the Arch of the Sergii, the markets and good restaurants. As a single man, it suited me perfectly, but would equally suit a couple.
Our overnight stay in Pula was seemless with the great advice from Adriana and her sister. The whole experience in the Istrian room was perfect, clean, neat and a still feeling brand new. Okay we were a little warm without any ac but it’s better to be warm than cold. Adriana has a great setup close to the centre of town and certainly suggest you stay here when in Pula.
